APPLE-GLAZED PORK KABOBS

1 cup apple jelly
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 lbs pork loin, cut into 1inch cubes
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp pepper
1 large onion, cut into 1inch pieces
1/2 cup olive oil
Soak 6 bamboo skewers in water in shallow dish. Combine apple jelly, honey, lemon juice, butter, cinnamon and cloves in saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until jelly melts, stirring frequently; reduce heat. Simmer until of glaze consistency, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle pork with garlic salt, celery salt, and pepper. Thread pork, onion and green peppers alternately onto bamboo skewers.
Place skewers in nonreactive shallow dish. Pour olive oil over kabobs, turning to coat. Grill over medium-hot coals for 12-15 minutes or until pork is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning and basting with apple glaze frequently. Serves 6
