BARBEQUED PORK BURGERS

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard and seasoned salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
6 onion buns, split

Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add pork. Saute until soft, but not brown; drain. Stir in green pepper, catsup, brown sugar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, seasoned salt and ginger. Shape into 6 patties. Grill over medium-hot coals until cooked through; if flare-ups occur close lid to cooker. Serve on onion buns. Serves 6
