SPICY PORK BURGERS

1 lbs ground pork
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp minced onion
1-2 tsp sage
1 tsp crushed red pepper, seasoned salt and pepper
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/8 tsp oregano

Combine pork, buttermilk, onion, sage, red pepper, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic and oregano in bowl; mix well. Shape into patties. Grill over medium heat for 8 minutes per side.
