PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon and baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups canned pumpkin, pureed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4-1/3 cup chopped pecans

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in bowl; mix well. Stir in eggs, oil and pumpkin. Spoon into greased and foured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand until cool. Invert onto serving plate. Spread top with mixture of cream cheese, butter and confectioner's sugar, allowing frosting to drizzle down side slightly; sprinkle with pecans.
