Baked Feta with Olives and Tomatoes

8 oz feta cheese
1 tomato, diced
1/2 C Kalamata Olives, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
pinch of red pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut feta into 1" cubes and place in a small oven proof baking dish.
Combine tomatoes, olives, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and spoon over feta.
Drizzle olive oil over the entire baking dish
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the feta is very soft and spreadable.
Serve with warm pita bread.
