SALMON GRILL

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

Basting Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
2 lbs salmon filets

Mix basting sauce ingredients together. Heat outgrill. Lighly coat skin side of salmon with cooking spray.

Grill skin side down, brushing top with sauce, 6 minutes or until skin is blackened. Turn fish over and remove skin. Brush with the rest of the sauce. Grill 6 minutes. Turn; grill3 minutes to sear skinned side. Cut crosswise into 4 serving pices.
