TURKEY CREOLE (Crock Pot)

1 large onion, small green, red and yellow bell peppers, diced
3/4 cup celery, diced
1 (24 oz) can whole tomatoes
5 tsp Creole seasoning or chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups turkey, cooked and cut into chunks
6 cups brown rice, cooked

Put everything except in a crockpot on low and cook 8-10 hours. Serve over rice.
