Crockpot Red Wine Pork Roast

3-4 lbs pork roast
1 1/2 cups red wine of your choice
1 pouch brown gravy
crushed garlic, salt and pepper

3 tablespoons water mixed with 1 tablespoon flour

Place roast in your crock pot. Season to your liking.

In a medium bowl mix together wine and gravy powder.

Pour over roast and cook on LOW for 8 hours
Take the roast out of the crock pot and cover with tin foil. Turn crock pot on high and stir in flour mixture.

Let heat up for 15 minutes (in that time you can cook your sides and cut the roast. Then pour sauce over meat and sides.
