Fritos Bean Dip

1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
5 slices bottled jalapenos
1 1/2 Tbl. brine from bottled jalapenos
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 + 1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with Fritos or Doritos.
