HONEY AND HERB PORK

3-4 lb pork loin roast
1/2 cup honey
1 cup beer
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients and marinate pork roast for several hours or overnight. Remove roast from marinade. Reserve marinade. Bake at 250 for 4 hours, or grill over indirect, low heat (between 225 degrees and 250 degrees) to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Bring reserved marinade to a boil, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve marinade with roast.
