SPICY HONEY SHRIMP

Category: Seafood

1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced
2 tbsp fresh lime juice, olive oil and honey
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well to coat. Chill for 2 hours. Drain and place on broiler pan. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, turning as needed for even cooking, until shrimp are opaque and pineapple begins to brown.

Serves 4
