RED LOBSTERs REMOULADE SAUCE

2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup minced green onions
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup minced celery
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp minced garlic

Mix together by hand, you want to keep it chunky. This can be made ahead of time and stored in a non-metal container. This recipe yields enough sauce for 4 servings (about 4 cups).
