CHICKEN IN WINE (Crock Pot)

1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper, to taste

Put onions, garlic, wine and bay leaf in crock pot. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 hours or until tender.
