CHILLY-WEATHER CHILI

1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 (15 3/4 oz) can chili beans with chili gravy
1 (8 1/4 oz or 1/2 of a 16 oz) can refried beans (about 1 cup
1 (8 oz) jar taco sauce and salsa
1/2 cup water

In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4
