CHINESE PORK STEAK DINNER - Crock Pot

1 1/2 lb pork steak, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 large onion and green pepper, sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
4 carrots, sliced
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat in a small amount of oil in a skillet. Remove to the crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve with hot rice.
