STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT

2 small pkg strawberry jell-o
1 cup boiling water
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries, drained, reserve juice for glaze
1 prepared angel food cake
1 cups whipped cream

Combine the Jell-O with boiling water. Fold in drained berries and chill until consistency of egg whites. Tear cake into small pieces. Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture. Fold into cake pieces. Pour into well oiled loaf pan.

Glaze:
1 cup reserved strawberry juice
1 tbsp cornstarch

Cook glaze ingredient until thick. Add 1 tsp butter and red food coloring. Cool to room temperature. Pour over dessert in pan.
