City Chicken's (Using Pork instead of Veal)

I get 1 pork loin and cube it . Size depends on how many chickens you want.
Lace the cube pork on wooden squewers.
Dip each in a egg wash. (A beaten egg mixed in a little water.)
Coat each in Italian bread crumbs.
Brown all sides in hot oil.
Put in a baking pan. (Single layer)
Dissolve chicken bulion cube in water.
Pour over " chicken legs"
Bake covered -at- 350 for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
