1 (6.5 oz.) package of Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese
2 dozen, very small, fingerling potatoes
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
6-8 cherry peppers
Chives
6 slices bacon, crisped and finely chopped
Lemon zest

Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper, and place on baking sheet. Roast potatoes in 400°F oven for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make Gremolata: Dry cherry peppers thoroughly. Finely chop. Combine with chives, bacon, and lemon zest. Set aside.

Let potatoes cool slightly. With paring knife, cut small slit into potatoes. Pinch to open. Fill with 1/2 tsp. Alouette and top with Gremolata.
