GREEK CHICKEN SALAD

1 (10 oz) bag Italian salad mix
1/4 cup whole, pitted kalamata or black olives
1/3 cup golden pepperoncini
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
3/4 cup seedless cucumber, sliced
3/4 cup grape tomatoes
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp vegetable oil
6 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette or Italian Salad dressing

On individual serving plates, divide ingredients evenly. Top with olives, pepperoncini, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese, then drizzle with desired dressing.
