SLOW-ROASTED BEEF BRISKET

5 lb brisket, trimmed
2 tsp seasoned salt, garlic powder, sea salt and onion powder
1 tsp pepper
1/2 sweet red bell pepper, sliced thin
Parsley

Combine all spices except parsley. Sprinkle each sides of brisket with mixture. Place in a baking dish. Cover pan with foil and bake at 300 for 3 hours. Slice across the grain. Serve with pepper slices, parsley and pan juices. Serves 10-12
