GREEK DEVILED EGGS

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
6 large Kalamata olives, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Garnish with lemon slices, quartered, olive slices or oregano sprigs.

Cut 6 hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.

In a small bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Mix in the desired ethnic flavorings listed here. Spoon about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture into each reserved white half. Chill to blend flavors, with the egg halves tightly covered.
