QUICK HASH BROWN POTATOES AU GRATIN

1 cup mayonnaise
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp butter, melted

Heat oven to 350. Mix first 6 ingredients. Spoon into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake 45-55 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6
