PROSCIUTTO MASHED POTATOES

3 lb thin skinned potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
1 cup milk
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil, grated Romano cheese, minced basil and finely chopped prosciutto
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste

Boil potatoes until tender for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, warm 1 cup milk and garlic until steaming, about 5 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pan. Add hot milk mixture, and remaining ingredients. Mash potatoes to consistency you like.
