BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE I

Category: Casseroles - Beef

1 lb ground beef
2 cans cream of onion soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 cup rice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 small can mushroom, drained

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350, covered, for 1 hour. Serves 4-6
