BEEF AND PEPPERS (Crock Pot)

2 lb round steak, lean, cut into serving pieces
2 sliced green peppers and onions
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
Dash red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat a few pieces at a time. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
