BEEF AND MUSHROOMS (Crock Pot)

3 lbs stew meat, cubed
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup apple juice
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Combine ingredients in a 3 1/2 - 5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 10 hours. Serve in bowls, ladled over rice.
