BEEF AND GREEN CHILI BAKE

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
11 large can corn,
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
6 large eggs
1 pkg corn muffin mix

Heat oven to 400. Grease a square pan. Cook beef and onion until beef is not longer pink; drain and rinse. Stir in taco seasoning and spread meat in bottom of pan. Layer chilies, corn and cheese. Beat milk, eggs and muffin mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into pan and bake 30-35 minutes. Serves 8
