BEEF AND BROCCOLI (Crock Pot)

1 1/2 lb boneless round steak, cubed
1 (4.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup beef broth
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Combine first 5 ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Dissolve cornstarch in water, 35-40 minutes before serving. Stir into beef mixture. Add broccoli; stir. Cover and cook until broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.
