CREAMY PEPPER DRESSING

2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp finely minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
Dash hot pepper sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce

In a large bowl, combine all the until well mixed. Serve immediately or, for best results, chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 3 cups

NOTE: This creamy dressing is great as is, and it also makes a great base for other dressings:
For a fresh herb dressing, add 1 to 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill.
For a sun-dried tomato dressing, add 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
For a garlic-pepper dressing, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
