SPICY GRILLED CITRUS CHICKEN

1 (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 cup canned tomato puree
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp citrus grill spice mix
3 tbsp lemon and lime juice
6 chicken breast halves with skins and bones

Combine all the ingredients and add chicken in a resealable storage bag. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinade, turning occasionally.

Preheat grill to medium high. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken skin side down on lightly oiled grill 5 inch above coals. Cook 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil marinade 1 minute and spoon over chicken and turn. Continue cooking, basting every 5 minutes for 20-30 minutes. Serves 6
