TEXAS BARBECUE

1 1/2 lb stew meat
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt, paprika and dry mustard
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except beef in a pot, stir will. Bring to a full boil and let cook 15 minutes. Remove fro heat. In the meantime, brown mean and place in a casserole dish and pour sauce over meat in the casserole and bake until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
