GRASSHOPPER CAKE

1 devils food cake mix, made in 3 layers
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup green creme de menthe
1/3 cup white creme de cacao
1 pint heavy cream, whipped

Prepare the according to pkg. directions and bake in lightly greased and floured 3 (9 inch) cake pans.

Filling: Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat creme de menthe with white creme de cacao. Add soften gelatin, stir until dissolved. Cool.

Whip the heavy cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Chill until mixture mounds, about 30 minutes, but stir often. Spread filling between layers. Chill uncovered for 6 hours.
