SOUTHWESTERN TORTILLA WRAPS

4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup chunky salsa
4 oz sliced turkey and roast beef
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup thin strips red pepper and sliced green onions
2 tbsp sliced black olives
Pinch cayenne pepper

For each wrap: Spread with mayonnaise, then salsa. Top with meats, cheese, vegetables and cayenne pepper. Roll and serve or heat 45 seconds in the microwave. Serves 4 NOTE: Can be made in advance and wrapped in plastic wrap after rolling and refrigerate.
