SUPER NACHOS

1 lb ground beef
1 large chopped onions
2 cans chili beans
1 pkg taco seasoning
2-3 cups shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz) can chopped green olives and black olive slices
1 jar taco sauce
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Chopped tomatoes
Guacamole
Tortilla chips

Brown ground beef and onion. Add taco seasoning and chili beans, mix well. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Pour 1 can green chilies over mixture. Cover evenly with cheeses. Drizzle with taco sauce. (At this point, if made ahead, cover and refrigerate.) Bake, covered, at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and layer with remaining ingredients and serve with chips.
