SOUTHWESTERN SUBS

1 pkg chili seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup minced cilantro
6 sandwich rolls
12 slices smoked turkey
12 slices cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
2 tomatoes, slices
Lettuce leaves

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl and blend until combined. Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Spread mayonnaise on rolls. Arrange with remaining ingredients to make sandwiches. Makes 6 sandwiches.
