2 pints vanilla ice cream
2 pints orange sherbet
1 cup Amaretto or to taste (optional)
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
2 quarts ginger ale, chilled
Pineapple chunks and cherries
Combine orange juice, sherbet, Amaretto (or no booze) and pineapple in 5 quart punch bowl. Just before serving. stir in ginger ale. Garnish with pineapple chunks and cherries. Serves 12.
