CRANBERRY VINAIGRETTE

1/2 of a 12 oz bag frozen cranberries
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 cups oil


Chop unthawed cranberries in a blender with a little vinegar. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate before serving. Stir before serving.
