1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper and red pepper flakes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard
1/2 tsp dried basil and tarragon
1 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz blue cheese
Mix ingredients in a food processor. Keep refrigerated.
