BLUE CHEESE DRESSING I

Category: Salad Dressing

1/2 lb blue cheese
1 pint mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1/8 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/8 large onion, finely minced

Mix all ingredients together by hand. Put in refrigerator at least 2 hours to chill. Will keep 2 weeks. Makes 1 quart.
