BANANA POPPY SEED DRESSING

1 ripe banana
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp salt

In a small bowl, finely mash banana. Add remaining ingredients. Chill at least 30 minutes.
