BACON VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

6 oz lean bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
Sugar, salt and pepper, to taste

Reserve 1 tbsp bacon fat; add vinegar. Season with remaining ingredients.
