APPLE CIDER VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp celery salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp grated onion

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Cover and chill, if desired.

Stir dressing well before drizzling desired amount over spinach salad or fresh fruit. Yield: 1 cup
