FLUFFY GREEN FROSTING (No Cook)

1 1/2 cup cold milk
1 envelope dream whip topping mix
1 (4 serving) pkg pistachio instant pudding

Pour cold milk into a deep bowl; add topping and pudding mixes. Beat slowly to blend. Gradually increase to high until mixture forms soft peaks. Frost cake immediately. Decorate as desired.
