CREAMY GARLIC HERB SAUCE

1 (5 oz) pkg garlic and herb cheese spread, crumbled, room temperature (Boursin cheese)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb tomatoes, seeded and coarsely diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup snipped fresh chives
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Combine ingredients in a serving bowl. Add hot pasta and toss until cheese has melted.
