ORIENTAL BROCCOLI

2 lb fresh broccoli, cut up or 2 (10 oz) pkg frozen cut broccoli
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup butter
8 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Cook broccoli and water chestnuts in a small amount of water until crisp tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Keep warm. In same saucepan, melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients. Heat through and drizzle over broccoli. Serves 6
