2 small cantaloupes, halved and seeded
1 pint strawberries, hulled
1 cup pineapple or lemon sorbet
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1/4 cup orange juice
Mint leaves, garnish

Use melon baller on cantaloupes, reserving the shells. Arrange melon balls and strawberries into shell halves. Top each with a scoop of sherbet.

Mix perserves with juice and spoon sherbet. Garnish with mint. Serves 4
