HERB BUTTER BROCCOLI

2 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli spears
1/2 cup water and melted butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp oregano and pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp prepared mustard

Place broccoli and water in a saucepan; bring to a steam on high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli. Serves 6-8
