1/3 cup butter or olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 cups partially steamed broccoli florets
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic and broccoli and sauté until tender. Arrange broccoli on serving dish. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. Serves 6
