CHINESE MARAINTED BROCCOLI

3 cups bite-size broccoli flowerets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar, sesame oil, chili paste and soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar and hoisin sauce

Place broccoli in boiling water; heat to boiling. Boil, uncovered for 1 minute; drain. Immediately rinse in cold water; drain. Mix together remaining ingredients and stir in broccoli. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Drain before serving.
