CHOCOLATE FROSTING I

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
4 tbsp butter
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/3 cup hot milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate with butter, stirring constantly. Beat sugar with remaining ingredients and add melted chocolate to sugar mixture. Beat until thick enough to spread.
